MY JOURNEY​

I qualified in makeup after leaving school, but initially took a different route and went into marketing.

At 27, I decided it was time to change direction. I refreshed my training and product knowledge to make sure my skills

were current and in line with the industry, before starting my professional career.

MY EXPERIENCE

​

My career began at ITV and the MEN Arena, working across Coronation Street and ITV News Granada, as well as live

entertainment. One of the early highlights was working on the makeup for the backing dancers on Beyoncé’s Crazy in Love Tour — and having the chance to meet her. From there, my career grew into bridal. I’ve now worked on thousands of faces and more than 800 weddings, and have won multiple bridal makeup awards. After more than 15 years in the industry, I’ve developed an instinctive understanding of makeup — what works, what doesn’t, and the small details that make a real difference.

 

MY APPROACH

I’m obsessive about detail.

I look at you, but I also consider the wedding as a whole — your dress, your hair, your bridesmaids’ colours, your flowers

and the overall feel of the day. It all adds up, and every detail influences how your makeup should look.

I don’t follow a formula or recreate the same look on every bride. I consider everything together and create makeup

that is right for you and your wedding.

I’ve also trained in professional skin treatments including Medik8, Dermalux LED and SkinPen microneedling, because I

know that beautiful makeup starts with beautifully prepared skin.

Alongside bridal makeup, I offer HD Brows, LVL Lash Lifts and award-winning Sienna X spray tans from my purpose-built
